‘What if?’ available for preorder!

Hello everyone! It’s been a long time coming but I’m glad to announce that my children’s book ‘What if?’ has finally launched its Kickstarter, a platform which allows you, the community to help fund my book!

I know you’ve seen all the progress pictures along the way but here you can see the final full colour illustrations in digital or physical copy format. ‘What if?’ is a tale about a boy who explores the themes of friendship and acceptance by using his imagination and creativity. Through many vibrant creatures, Maxwell explores friendship of all different shapes, sizes, likes and differences.

As for my Kickstarter, you can receive rewards such as a small A5 print of any page in the book, a digital or physical copy of the book and for higher tiers either a small sketch or character designed by me!

Here’s the link to my campaign with all the information on my book and reward tiers! Please feel free to share with others, friends and family!

CDW Masterclass with James Paick and Kevin Chen!

During the holidays I was fortunate enough to be hard at work learning from the masterclass with brilliant artist James Paick and Kevin Chen. It was an amazing experience learning about environments and various unlearned skilled of photoshop from James and intensive study of figure drawing from Kevin Chen! Here are just the few things I did during the classes but I have many more notes from the class.

A prehistorical image which is still in working progress, unfinished due to working on picture book concepts

First ever picture using photo-manipulation with the brief being an old city in the desert. The photo isn’t highest quality due to low res references.
